Employees: Training & Motivation
All staff cleaners and supervisors complete our "Quota Quality"
orientation and training program. Crews are also assigned a senior
staff "Quality Mentor" for the initial assignment cycle.
From clean uniforms and safe equipment to rewards and promotions for

Security: Employee Screening & Background Checks
At Quota we are sensitive to the security of your after-hours
cleaning environment. That's why we ensure that all Quota applicants
are, as a matter of policy, subject to a pre-employment screening
background check before being hired and assigned to your property. We verify the social security number as valid and properly
issued, review county and federal criminal records, and examine the
driving records of each applicant. We abide by all Fair Credit
