Brian K. Whitaker
President & CEO

    Brian founded the Atlantis Companies almost two decades ago, and shortly thereafter Quota Contract Cleaning,  after serving for many years as president of a large security company headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.

    He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Baldwin Wallace College. He has served as Chair of the local chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security and is a current member of ASIS International. In addition, he has served or is  serving in security capacities as a state task force member, college instructor, security director, and operations director (many and various private and public groups, security task forces, and organizations). Brian is active in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Eric Hill, Area Manager

     Eric held a position for fifteen years with a large contractor, traveling the US and managing mall cleaning. Eric was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of janitorial staffs at several of the most recognized Northeast Ohio malls for his last 4 years there. Eric was responsible for every detail of these janitorial programs, from staffing, to budgets and profitability, t0 quality assurance. He had hundreds of employees that worked under him. Additionally, he has experience as an Account Manager at a prestigious private university in Northeast Ohio. More recently, Eric has led to his talents to many commercial office customers with Quota, directly overseeing the all employees in Northeast Ohio. He has been an integral component to Quota’s transition to and staff member training for OS(1) Green Cleaning.
